I was looking at the packages you offer and I'd like to clarify a few things as I wasn't sure exactly what is/ isn't included as standard in your basic package for $299.

1. There is a green tick next to "Video/ Audio Support" so I assumed it was included in the price but when I click on the link, the video says it is an optional module. Can you let me know if it's included with the basic package of $299 or not please?

2. Is the video conference module required for multiple cams to be displayed in a chatroom and can this module be used on the standard package ($299)?

3. Is more than one module required to add conferencing capability to the standard package?

4. Is the html5 version for mobile phones included in the standard package or are additional purchases required?

--Yes, the features in greed tick are included in the $299 package. The video/audio included in the package.

--No, the video conference module is optional, need you purchase extra. It will display maximum 12 video windows in a chatroom.

3. Is more than one module required to add conferencing capability to the standard package?
--If you want do the conferencing, i recommend you take the video conference module is ok. Just take this one will fine.

4. Is the html5 version for mobile phones included in the standard package or are additional purchases required?
--Yes, the HTML 5 client is standard feature of our chat, no additional cost.

Thanks and for the license, it will need you have dedicated server, do you have it? If yes, could you offer me your domain and your name? Then i will help you for the purchasing.

--If you have your own database, the chat software will be integrated with it and take users data from your forum database.

2) Will chat use avatars from forum's database?
--Yes, avatars can be integrated into the chat.

3) Is it possible to add and use smiles from forum's database?
--Sorry, the smileys can not be added into chat software, our chat use default smileys, if you want add more, will need cost extra to do the customization.

4) Is it possible to add our logo to chat?
--Yes, the logo you can change it from chat admin panel easily.

5) Is is possible to check how your chat is used with IPBoard? If there are any examples.
--Yes, you can check the details on our IPBoard chat module page.

Sorry for my late response, if you have your own dedicated server, you can take our licence package which run on your server. Fro 50 users, the standard license package only need $199, can you offer me your e-mail and domain info, then i will able to create the purchase link for you.
