I can not log in anymore. I get password error. I request a new password, I get no email. I create a new account, I get no email.

You mean you couldn't login to customer center,right?

If so,it may caused by wrong password.

You could reset the password.

For the email,

you mean you couldn't receive the email from customer center,right?

If so,maybe the email was moved to trash box.

Could you please check it? You could search this title "Lost password request for TopCMM Support Center" in your email.

If you still couldn't receive email,it may caused by the network delay.
