There is so many issues with the new V10.0 which is a huge disappointment not only for our chatters but your other customers chatters.
URGENT [Bugs]:
1.) The chat needs to be more optimized from the skins to Audio / Video. V9.9 was unusable but was much more FASTER.
2.) Webcam SHOULD NOT be REQUIRED. We have some chatters who ONLY have a MICROPHONE and NO WEBCAM but can't use the MICROPHONE because the program tells them to make sure they have both. This is a HUGE NO NO and a lot of users will LEAVE if this isn't FIXED.
3.) Webcam and or Audio shouldn't load if it is turned off to load as you publish your video. We have ours set up so only Audio is to activate but "Hands FREE" and "Video" must be activated manually by the users.
4.) Please fix the "REMEMBER ME" at LOG IN. When a user has their username / password set to REMEMBER ME, our chatters are supposed to be taken to the default room, but instead they get shown rooms list and they can't select or do anything to enter a room. This only happens when the user is set up for REMEMBER ME.
5.) Some smiles don't work or duplicate themselves.
6.) We have "GIFTING" turned off but users can still see the SEND GIFT option. Please make it so if GIFTING IS TURNED / DISABLED that all buttons, are also removed from the client regarding gifting.
7.) Please fix it so when a user hovers their mouse over a username in the user list and click the drop down arrow for more options, like to ignore, kick, ban, etc! That the MENU stays opened. It seems to disappear as you are trying to click on a option, which is stupid.
8.) QUEUE MIC button is disabled or disappears when you close out of a room.
9.) SOUNDS SHOULDN'T BLEED through rooms. Please make it so the room you are focused on your only hearing those SOUNDS. I'm sick of sitting in 3 rooms and hearing dings, dongs, etc! For all 3 ROOMS... (STUPID!) Or make it ADMIN / USER CONTROLLED.
10.) Please bring back the IGNORE LIST.
There is more I am sure but these need to be FIXED AND FIXED NOW.... This update was supposed to be FLAWLESS but as you can see INTERNAL TESTING needs to go BEYOND INTERNAL and let customers such as myself help you make a FINAL RELEASE, because we the USERS know how the site is ran and we can track down bugs / issues much FASTER than 123 Flash Chat's internal testing can.
PLEASE FIX THIS MESS.
We have so many people are SO UPSET because a lot of them don't have webcams and can't CHAT.... So they are just LEAVING and go elsewhere.
