Windows live messenger will be shortened as MSN here. You can configure this function in admin panel, Preferences_>Remote Monitoring. Before we proceed, please be aware that two kinds of MSN accounts will be involved, the first kind is the Robot MSN account, who will act as a bridge between live help chat room and the monitor. The second kind is the Monitor MSN account (human account of admin), which should be added in Monitor list, and the Robot MSN account should be added to contacts of the Monitor MSN account. In 5.3 and later version, when you are done with configuration, MSN Robot will send a add_contact request automatically to monitor MSN account.

Done configuration, admin may login monitor MSN account to monitor operators. Click shaking to Robot to get help information about how to proceed accordingly.
