Hi ! i was chatting with Eric about new features that i would like to request, please feel free to answer me.

Features that you already have in 123flashchat to 123livehelp
1- Social Connect (will be awesome to have it)
2- HTML Client . Very important for iPhone, iPad, Android Devices and PCs.

Missing features:
3-Visitors should hear a sound when admin sends a message..
4-a ajax or html popup to install like olark or similars.
